When I think back, I realize now that my training for real estate started when I was just a little girl being raised in Dallas Texas.; My grandfather was a developer (The Belmont Hotel) and my Uncle Charlie was in commercial real estate.; As a young girl, my dad ran his own remodeling and construction company so I learned at an early age what a solid home with “good bones” looks like and what it takes to run your own business.; My next stop was retail management for 11 years and that was my “college education”.;I learned so much during that time, but the big takeaway was learning how to manage and lead people effectively while running a profitable business.; Back in the day, retail managers worked 70 hour work weeks during the peak weeks and an easy week was 60 hours! ;Even in my twenties I knew that wasn’t sustainable so I resigned when I had my first child. I landed at Frito-Lay, Inc. and my new career path resulted into a position of account management.; I learned how to effectively juggle my career which required some travel and being a mom of two now!; My life experience and great mentors has molded me into a strong,;consultative negotiator today.; We all are unique by design and I am thankful my life has made me what I am today, a thriving lady who’s passion is helping others through; real estate.; I have attached my Bio for your review.
